Quality Control Process
Quality control in manufacturing is a crucial process ensuring quality products are delivered to customers. That's why our manufacturing branch complies with Electrostatic Discharge Association (ESD) standards. The quality of all products is a main concern for us.
Our technicians are educated in ESD sensitivity and attend regular meetings to assess the current status of ESD health. ESD approved smocks and footstraps are tested before technicians enter the manufacturing floor. All work benches and floor surfaces in the manufacturing area are ESD compliant.
Concern for the product quality continues from the receipt of raw materials, through the production stage, to the shipping of the product. All ESD devices are shipped in approved ESD packaging.
