Manufacturing Equipment

MPM UltraPrint 3000

The Quad printer supports dual sided components and supports three axis adjustment. Using foil stencils lowers the cost of the NRE for your stencils. The printer can support 20 x 20 frames and ProFrame II T foils.

Phillips Topaz

The Topaz Pick and Place machine allows part placement from 0402 package parts up to micro BGA components. Vision recognition is guaranteed to 0.018" pitch and has optical fiducial correction for precise mounting with 0.06mm mounting accuracy. The 15,000 CPH with 8 heads allows for fast turn-around.

Heller Industries 1700SX

The Heller 1700 IR/Convection oven is an all convection oven with 11 zones. A DataPaq Tracking System allows for accurate profiling. Dual sided components are supported and boards from 0.031" to 0.093" thick can be re-flowed.

PhotonDynamics SVX-2000

A new piece of equipment added to the contract manufacturing line is the Photon Dynamic AIO/XRAY machine, which is designed for x-ray and optical inspection of components. This AOI (automatic optical inspection) machine has the capability to detect defects such as skewed or missing parts, misplaced or mis-orriented parts and other imperfections. This has the capability to handle from small boards up to 12" by 17". The AOI is equipped with two color cameras that provide four magnifications for optical inspection of components, leads, solder, and an X-ray camera for automated X-ray inspection on BGA components.

Envirotronics Environmental Test Chamber

A new piece of equipment added to the contract manufacturing line is the Envirotronics Environmental Test Chamber, which is designed for testing of products under varying environmental conditions. It has capable temperature range of -68ºC(-90 DEG. F) TO +177ºC(+350 DEG. F). This machine allows the testing of products for harsh environmental conditions.

Technical Device NU/ERA dual wave

The wave flow is comprised of two waves. The first wave (dancer) is very effective SMD wave flow and the second wave is a smooth laminar flow wave for defect free soldering of even the most difficult board. This machine has the capacity to run boards up to 15 inches wide.
